No one pays a more loving homage to the succulent oyster than Drago’s Restaurant
a charbroiled dozen, with french bread to sop up the juice
only the shells remain

shrimp and crab are honored too
the men who shuck
and the men that grill
The future is unknown, what is to become of them all? Time is running out, seafood catch from the gulf is beginning to come up covered in oil. It is unfathomable that this might all come to an end.
Is anyone listening? Does anyone care enough to make this mess right?
