The newly hired Inspector General of the City of New Orleans Robert Cerasoli is being stonewalled – who’d have thunk it?

If the unthinkable happens, I wonder if PBJ would be able to, or even care about cleaning up the mess in New Orleans’ City Hall? Probably not…
